Clients
We will work very hard to fill your position, but we need your help too. We will need to review/evaluate the job description, salary, benefits, and your interview process, as well as have access to hiring managers: all of this impacts our ability to find you top candidates. In return, we will also provide feedback during the entire process so we can keep each other on track. Clear expectations and timelines help us both reduce the time to fill position(s). By holding each other accountable, this will create a long-lasting and trusting relationship.
